February is Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month!  Teen dating violence is repeated verbal, emotional, physical or sexual abuse used to frighten, hurt or control the other person.  Relationships can be abusive even if there is no physical abuse.  This abuse may occur every day or just once in awhile.

Interesting Fact:  An abuser may try to control who you hang out with, how you dress, where you go, or even time with your own family.  You may always feel that you cannot make them happy.

WhatÕs for lunch?  TodayÕs lunch will be a chicken taco.  ThursdayÕs lunch will be a ham & cheese sandwich.
